Dr. Malo first opened his practice on Union Street to Simcoe area patients back in 1978. Dr. Steve Malo worked steadily out of 2 operatories with only the help on one dental assistant and a receptionist.

By 1985, the dental practice had outgrown its location and moved into the newly constructed Malo Professional Building at 100 Colborne Street North, Simcoe. By this time Dr. Malo had one hygienist on staff, and between the two of them 3 operatories were in full operation. As Dr. Malo continued to provide exceptional care, so his practice grew. Within a few short years, the dental practice expanded into a 4th operatory and employed 2 full time hygienists.

Eager to join his father’s growing dental practice, Dr. Ian Malo joined the practice shortly after graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo’s school of dental medicine in 2005. At this time the office underwent the largest expansion to date to include 7 full service operatories and 4 full time dental hygienists.
